NOW a day lot of the graduates and post graduates are wondering most of the times on which course they should go for. What are the pros & cons of joining a particular centre of CDAC. Here is a comprehensive information on how to enroll ourselves for a course in CDAC. The below discussion is based on my explorations and my own experience as i have worked for cdac for more than a year.

Although cdac does not guarantee any placement but you can grab many opportunities having a bit of idea about it.
1. CDAC HYDERABAD: The centre is known to have the best training environment for all type of courses. However, it is best known for DSSD based on the stats. CDAC HYDERABAD is the centre which organizes the common entrance test and is well known for its comprehensive training.
COURSE PREFERENCE: DSSD, DESD, DABC
PLACEMENT: 7/10
2. CDAC PUNE: The centre is known to have the most successful in attracting a large percentage of trainees each time, a very good option for electronics people. Placement record is much better as compared to bangalore and noida.
COURSE PREFERENCE : DESD, DABC, CDAD, CNSS
PLACEMENT : 8/10
3. CDAC BANGALORE: The centre is well known for its infrastructure and training facilites. CDAC BANGLORE is a good option for DESD as well as DAC.
COURSE PREFERENCE: DAC, DESD, DSSD
PLACEMENT : 7/10
CDAC NOIDA and CDAC MOHALI are the two more & good options but the three i have discussed are the most reputed both in terms of placement and training environment.
If your choice of course selection does not match with what i have given above, thats not an issue. Whatever i am posting is on a good exploration based on the previous records. I wish he best to you all regarding your courses.

3. You should go for CDAC rather than sitting idle and wasting your time. A little sincerity in CDAC will definitely serve your purpose.
4. Placement is up to you and on the batch. If you are from a good lot of students, you will get more opportunties. Your performance in CDAC will also play a crucial role. So dont overlook the course while thinking about placements all the time.

I want to ask about the pacement at CDAC-PUNE for DESD...One of my senior told me, who was passout of pune that 6 to 7 company will allow for DESD students and average package is arround 15k to 20k...so m very much worried about it because after spending so much money if i got this much salary then it will be a big wound for my family because i belong to a village and my financial condition is not good...
So leased give me the true picture...Because having heared about salary m lanning to leave the Idea of CDAC course...
And also tell me if there any loan facility available ? and how can i avail it...?

My rank is 28 and i have opted for DAC. I have done MTECH in Oct 2013 with 85.6%(8.56 CGPA) and BE with 77%,XII with 86%.
Sir being an MTECH student will i get placement oppurtunities?
Also sir I am confused whether i should opt for CDAC ACTS PUNE OR CDAC ACTS BANGLORE.
Please clarify my doubt.

My rank is not good so I am looking for a centre where my chances are more to get a seat.
I have one more doubt here.
Is there any difference in terms of teaching and placement in Authorised center E.g if i get a seat in Vimarshana, Marathahalli, Bangalore wuld it be good or bad?
Please list which centres are good out of Authorised centres.

I have a concern regarding the counseling. suppose i got cdac bnglr which was my third priority after 1st counseling. and i paid 10000. after the second round, there was no change. my question is if some people withdraw the amount after second round, is it possible for me to get higher preferences? or is it like there wont be any change after the second round for those who paid the amount for the allocated seats and didnt withdrawn the amount before second counseling. i am really confused. pls help me to understand it sir.

I have got 1076 rank in pgdac and there are 961 candidates above me. I am a 2011 b.tech. pass out with 60+% and have got 65+% in 10 & 12.So i want to know:
1. Will i am going to face any problem in placement?
2. What do you think about cdac noida( as i am from delhi thats why i want to join it but not at the cost of studies and placement)
Will never suggest u CDAC Noida. Its not good at all in terms of placement. I has not been good.
I enquired both acts nd sunbeam students
I found that teachings at sunbeam is superior than acts
Nd people join acts for tag only
So whats advantage of joining acts if teaching is not so good?

on the day of announcement of result by mistake i locked the center for both courses as CDAC-PUNE thought that counselling will be held there.
and with this rank it is not possible to get cdac-pune.
To unlock it i gave several mails to CDAC-PUNE but did not get reply
please suggest me what to do now ???
or do ineed to wait for next counselling which is on 23rd july.

Is TICA mumbai better option for viesd.........
1)i am 2009-2013 batch computer science and i completed my enginering in march 2014(had backlogs but cleared them) with an aggregate of 61.32 . my 10 th percentage is 87.66 n 12 th is 79.2 . i want to know if i get in DASDM and perform very well throughout the academics will this gap of 1yr will effect my placement or it will be alright ?
2) i have chosen IASDM pune as my training centre .is it good ?
3)since already one year gap ,instead of going for mba will it be right for me to trust dasdm course for my placement after one year or after one year will there be any chance of myself at same state of searching job after completion of dasdm(well i will give my input cent percent in dasdm study) b'coj now i really want to go in IT sector for some years instead of doing mba right now ..should i trust cdac for my placement or go for mba ?

My b.e. 62% , 12th 54%, 10th 67% so wht is my chances
Because of ur 12th Percentage, few options would be cut off for u. It totally depends on the company, its criteria , its policy. So I can only say u will get lesser no of options and may get many.
AS you said in previous replies ,iacsd is good option next to sunbeam .and has got good faculties so thinking about competition and chances of getting into selected center on the basis of seats and rank in any center i chose IACSD ...its not about being negative before result .its just because in the website they have said if i choose any center and if i dont get that center ,i cant select other center after result. i mean if i choose sunbeam and if i dont get it due to tough competition or low rank then i cant opt for neither IACSD nor IET PUNE .not even for TICA-MUMBAI .. SINCE placement is common so i chose IACSD which is next to sunbeam .... sounds funny the explanation i have given for selecting 2nd option instead of best option sunbeam while filling form . but i did so that i should get selected in the center i chose :)

& 69.9% in diploma in 2009(suppose to finish in 2007-2yrs gap)
& 62.5% in b.tech according to the university norms,but aggr of 60% (cleared after so many attempts) in 2014(suppose to finish in 2012-2yrs gap)..i wanted to ask u if i get placed after pursuing a course in c-dac after these yr gap and poor performance in academics...still i am fresher at 26 yrs of age...pls reply asap..

i got c dac desd mohali in my 1st round of counselling. is it ok in terms of faculty and placement? my rank is 960 in a+b+c. is there any chance of getting better choice in further round of counslling? my choice are pune, bang, hyd & mohali.(for same course)

I got dwimc mumbai in 1st round ( rank 1122)... is it a good course bcoz im from ece stream??
My desd rank is 838 n divesd rank is 495...
Is there chance of getting pune/bang/hybd..
Should i go with wimc or try for desd/divesd in 2nd counslng???
